survivor.”
Survivor indeed. Few compa-
nies go as long as PEI without
any obstacles. But it’s not the
setback that counts, it’s the
comeback.
In 2009, PEI sold its assets to
Henkels & McCoy, the largest
privately-held utility infrastruc-
