Fengate Capital is an asset management firm

maintenance of this new state-of-the-art
forensic mental health facility. This includes
a 30-year maintenance agreement with The
Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care for
the Facility Management and Life Cycle

physical components of the new facility are
kept in excellent working condition over the
term of the agreement. The project is being
delivered using an Alternative Financing and
Procurement (AFP) model.
