The Gitxsan Chiefs are the GDC owners.
There is a five-member board of Directors,
with the shareholders being the Lipgyet
Trust and the Laxyip Society. TheTrust cov-
ers a number of entities, including Gitxsan
Environmental Services, Gitxsan Safety
Service, Gitxsan Energy Inc., Gitxsan Prop-
erties Inc., Gitxsan Forest GFI, and Gitxsan
Transportation Inc.
