“We are in an expansion mode,” Lawrence
said.
Managing all of this is a challenging and time
consuming. This is a 24/7 job with long hours,
and requires being away from home for ex-
tended periods of time. Therefore one has to
have the motivations and the dedication to the
Air Cargo industry to stay the course.
“This is not an industry [for] somebody who
thinks they're going to be looking at becoming
a millionaire overnight, it’s not something that
could happen, in today’s market”, Lawrence
advised. “This is a long term commitment that
requires a lot of patience, integrity and the
ability to stay the course.”
