Jahan Ali, CEO, mobileLIVE, started the
company in 2010. When asked what has
precipitated his success, he does not hesi-
tate. “Customer focus. There is only one
reason for our success and it is being fo-
cused on the end user and customers,” he
says. “We understand what customers’
requirements are.”
Ali sees companies overcomplicating
things when it comes to innovation. “We
simplify everything, and out of the hun-
dreds of projects we have done, we have
not failed any by sticking to this principle.
By focusing on the end user and deliver-
ing a solid product, we have experienced
so much exponential growth and [so many
awards].”
mobileLIVE is changing the paradigm of
technology and testing to user-driven de-
velopment and testing. Ali says there is a
lot of emphasis on technology but if an app
or technology is not easy for the end-user,
it will not be a success. "Our strengths in
operational adaptability and scalability, en-

scalable approach, culture of robotic pro-
cess and test automation, agile and lean
