                                                                                                                                 Mwill deliver the energy needs for the Manic-Quebec corridor.



                                                                                                                                   Beginning in the mid-1960s, Hydro-Québec has added a number of 735-kV lines to its

                                                                                                                                   transmission system over the years. These lines are used to carry the electric power

                                                                                                                                   produced by our generating stations, located primarily in the Baie-James and Côte-Nord
                                                                                                                                   regions, to the province’s major load centers, situated in southern Québec.

                                                                                                                                   with Saguenay substation in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. The latter is currently being
                                                                                                                                   expanded to accommodate the equipment needed to connect the line. New equipment

                                                                                                                                   will also be installed at Micoua substation and this will not involve any expansion.
