and bad within the industry. Today he calls
Calgary home, though the business has
grown to provide labour across Canada
with employees at work sites for as little
as three months and as long as three years
depending on the project. The company is
continually working to build a broader cli-
ent base that will allow them to operate on
more of an ebb-and-flow pattern instead of
the more dramatic peaks and valleys.
The company has several businesses un-
der its umbrella. Matrix Labour Leasing of-
fers full human resources and placement
services for its clients, including payroll,
WCB management, liability insurance and
staffing. In turn, they support their employ-
