ing, a bank and various com-
mercial tenant improvements.
The company cites the recent
completion of a four-building
SmartCentre in Mission, BC
as a point of pride.
“The project was close to
home and our largest project
– we also managed to fin-
ish that project early and un-
der budget,” says Vanderpol.
The project was completed in
July 2013 and is attached to a
Wal-Mart, providing residents
with a convenient shopping
destination.
